Summer Harvest Festival (8/17)Summer Harvest Festival (8/17)

South Lansing Farmers Market
800 W Barnes Ave
Lansing, MI  48910 Map

We've hit the sweet spot of sun and rain, and our vendors are coming to market LOADED with produce! Join us Thursday for our SUMMER HARVEST FESTIVAL. It's time to celebrate the farmers who make our market great.

We've got a bigly amount of juicy red (yellow, purple, and orange) tomatoes, as well as a huuuuuge amount of vegetables and fruit. Like carrots and beans and potatoes and squash and radishes and rutabaga and collards and kale and turnips and beets and cukes and culiflower and broccoli and sweet corn and.... no it's true. I wouldn't lie to you.

Then there's the meat. Big meat. Beef, chicken, and pork like you've never seen before. You'll need large hands to carry your bags home.

We also have covfefes, honey, jerky, fruit pops, breads, and desserts, including the most delicious chocolate cake. Believe me.

Artisan vendors will have pillows, purses, aprons, lotions, soaps, jewelry, woodcrafts, and children's toys, all made in the Michigan part of America.

Make sure you bring a few bucks for raffle tickets. Every hour, folks will be winning prizes donated by our vendors. Mark my words... there will be so much winning.

Weather forcast calls for rain. So sad. We're holding the market inside, though, so visitors have zero, I'll say it again, zero chance of getting soaked while shopping. This also means we'll have a tremendous amount of parking. The best parking. Ever.
